Project Manager – Mobile Vaccination Clinical Teams

Position Overview: As a Project Manager for Bird’s Eye Medical’s (BEM) Mobile Vaccination Clinical Teams, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various critical healthcare projects across different counties in Arizona. Your responsibilities will include being a community liaison, mobile clinic planning, staff management, community engagement, and on-the-ground participation in clinic activities. Adaptability is key, as this role may require immediate response to urgent demands. Your contributions will be instrumental in realizing our mission of championing equitable access to vital healthcare services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with community-based organizations, long-term care facilities, and healthcare partners that collaborate with Birds Eye Medical. 
  • Engage with community members to promote health equity, ensure services meet community needs, and actively look to grow and promote the program. 
  • Collaborate with host facilities and clinical leadership to plan upcoming clinics effectively. 
  • Facilitate collaborative teams for Mobile SOP implementation, safety, and Mobile Team clinical development. 
  • Facilitate and conduct staff training to ensure the highest standards of service. 
  • Communicate logistical needs and details externally with event host and Arizona DHS staff, and internally with staffing, pharmacy, and logistics teams. 
  • Manage and lead a team of direct and indirect reports. 
  • Plan logistics for mobile clinics. 
  • Travel to support clinics in AZ

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Healthcare experience preferred, not required. 
  • Strong background in community engagement and health equity. 
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required. 
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in high-pressure situations. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. 
  • Must be able to maneuver around various clinic pop-up sites, including walking on uneven and/or slippery terrain. 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or working on a computer. 
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
  • Hep B vaccination series complete and at least primary series of Covid-19 vaccine complete.

Compensation:
