**Job Overview:** We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. **Duties:** - Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operational tasks - Manage shift operations, including staff scheduling and supervision - Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards - Support in food preparation and service when needed - Uphold hospitality management practices to enhance guest experience - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly - Assist in inventory management to minimize waste and optimize profitability **Experience:** - Previous experience in assistant manager or similar role within the hospitality industry - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong knowledge of shift management, inventory control, and food safety protocols - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Solid understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles Join our team as an Assistant General Manager and be part of a dynamic environment that values teamwork, growth, and excellence in hospitality management.

Pay: $47,362.00 - $52,050.00 per year
