Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Birdie Bros. As an Assistant General Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing facility operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating events and tournaments, maintaining inventory, and supporting the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of golf and golfing terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
