Birdie's Diner is a new breakfast and lunch restaurant opening at the old Tony's Pizza location in downtown Valpo. Next Door @ Birdie's is connected to Birdie's diner but in its own separate space. We are looking for 1-2 dedicated, hard-working individuals with restaurant management experience to assist our general manager with management duties. Opening and closing the restaurant, leading staff, assisting with ordering and scheduling. Restaurant experience is required and a desire to learn, take direction well, and qualities such as being trustworthy, good at motivating others, and having a positive attitude are essential. We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible so these individuals can begin assisting our GM with hiring and training hourly staff.

Birdie's will be open for breakfast and lunch from approximately 6:30-2:30 pm and Next Door will be open from 4 - close. We are planning on opening around mid September.
