Birdies is a new restaurant located at Bangor Municipal Golf Course. Birdies is a full service establishment with a beautiful deck and creative menu. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests at the course. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Skills:
- Strong cash handling skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Experience operating a cash register
- Familiarity with the food industry and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
