At Biscuits & Bath, we work with our clients to positively impact the quality of life for each dog that we serve. With 18 locations in New York City, we make having a dog fun, easy and possible.

Responsibility:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York City. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of one of our dog care facilities.

Your responsibilities will include Client Relationship Development, Team Building and Development and Operational Excellence.

You will also be responsible for revenue growth of the location that comes from selling our dog care services to clients.

• Prior experience in a management role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for dogs and a genuine love for working with animals
• Hospitality experience is a plus
