Job Responsibilities

With our Agency's mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at 2100 Charlie Hall Blvd, Charleston, SC 29414.
Under general supervision, perform preventative maintenance, routine work orders and attend to emergencies as they arise. This candidate must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades relevant to building maintenance. This position is considered "essential" and may require reporting for duty in the event of a weather or similar emergency. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and climb a ladder.

State: No minimum training or experience requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
