ROLE SUMMARY
Join our team as the Experience Manager and become one of the authors of our story.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience Strategy:
Lead the strategy and execution of experiences across BL that makes them known for their adventures, drives guest loyalty, as well as drives ancillary revenue.
Reporting:
Track, record, and analyze experience metrics to evaluate their success from a booking and revenue perspective.
Program Management and Experience Production
Project Management
Budget & Annual Planning
Networking and Partnerships:
Recommend and broker partnerships where applicable with pressworthy or local partners in partnership with the Director of Marketing
Establish relationships with new local partners and vendors to initiate and enhance our unique brand story and where applicable with reliable, bookable activities, adventures, and programming.
Introduce key community leaders to the General Manager as well as other relevant senior leaders.
Design:
Support the curation of design elements for use in resort spaces and amenity offerings.
Creating, teaching, documenting and standardizing presentation and execution of guest offerings.
Activating programming and signature event spaces in well-designed and intentional ways to create relevant, unprecedented, and memorable guest experiences.
Retail:
Support the curation, selection and variety of Spa and Two Dogs retail. For 2024 in partnership with HO assigned retail partner
Train Two Dogs ( FB Manager) and Spa manager to ensure all retail inventory is properly programmed in POS, and weekly and monthly inventory takes place through them.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a similar role is required. Ideal candidate will have hotel and event curation background.
