What you'll do :

• Coordinate and collect documents and contracts from bank partners
• Communicate with customers after deal agreeance
• Coordinate with customer on pick up schedule
• Collect signatures as needed from multiple parties
• Utilize sales, finance, and accounting software tools so ensure timely processing of deals
• Scan and send time sensitive documents to remote team
• Communicate and provide updates to remote team
• Attend daily team meetings
• Cross train and support additional teams as needed
• Assistant with events and show planning as needed What we're looking for :
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid organization and multitasking skills
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Understanding of a sales and finance process is a plus
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• An awesome attitude!
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
