Job Description:
Bistwork, a company specialized in Defense, Intelligence, Technology and Biotechnology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in the competitive technology, defense, and biotechnology industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 4 years in sales, with a particular emphasis on cold calling. This role is commission-based, offering significant earning potential based on performance. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with clients in these specialized sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the Real Estate Market. (Realtors, Mortgage Brokers and lenders)
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 4 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Skills: Exceptional cold calling skills are a must.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
