Job PurposeAs a Digital Designer at Bitchin' Sauce, you will play a pivotal role in conveying the pre-established visual identity of our brand across various digital platforms and mediums. We are seeking someone that has a proven proficiency in photo, video, and graphic design. From regular content creation for social media posts to building digital advertising materials, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company. The ideal candidate is not only a master of design tools but can also amplify our current branding.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Photo Design
- Capture, edit, and retouch photos for use in digital marketing campaigns, social
- media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling photo compositions that align with the brand’s
- aesthetic and messaging.
- Manage and organize a library of digital photos for easy access and use.
- Set up and take down equipment and props for photo shoots
- Sanitizing photo elements
- Running production-related errands
- Clean lenses
- Video Design
- Produce, edit, and optimize video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and online advertising.
- Develop engaging video graphics, animations, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.
- Manage and organize a library of digital photos for easy access and use.
- Set up and take down equipment and props for video shoots
- Sanitizing video elements
- Running production-related errands
- Clean lenses
- Graphic Design
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements for advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, email newsletters, and other digital mediums.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors, layouts, and branding for each graphic
- Work with CMO, VP of Marketing, and Director of Marketing to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Web Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement
- Other duties that may arise from time to time
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photo, video, and graphic design.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a digital design position preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience with photo and video production, including shooting, editing, and file management
- Professional understanding of lighting equipment, DSLRs, and other photo and video equipment
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of current digital design trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility
- The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific working hours
- The Employee may be required to travel to marketing events, trade shows, etc.
- The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity
- The Employee must be able to work in a remote work environment.
