Full job description
Our client is regional insurance defense firm, is seeking an experienced associate (1 – 5 years) with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills for its’ workers’ compensation or liability group.
Experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses and trial preparation necessary; some civil litigation experience a plus.
Virginia Bar License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
