You have at least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.

You’re skilled in analyzing construction plans and specifications.

You excel in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a clean driving record.

Job requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation with extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.

Exceptional analytical, mathematical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze construction documents, and review data for material and labor requirements.

Compute cost factors for planning, organizing, scheduling, preparing bids, and selecting vendors or subcontractors.

Experience with multifamily shingles, single-ply, sheet metal, torch down, and hot asphalt applied.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
