We are currently seeking a highly motivated occupational therapist or certified occupational therapy assistant or occupational Therapist to provide home-based treatment services in the homes of children and families throughout selected areas.

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, Independent Contractor, Per Diem

Compensation for COTA:

• Per Diem/Part-Time/1099: $50-$55 per visit
• Full-Time Salary: $90,000-$120,000/year

Compensation for OT:

• Per Diem/Part-Time/1099: $75-$80 per visit
• Full-Time Salary: $110,000-$160,000/year
