Bitrode Corporation in St. Louis (South County) area is looking to hire a full time Regional Sales Manager. Do you have experience with selling equipment, possibly in the battery industry? Our Regional Sales Manager salary begins at $60,000 plus commission. What will the Regional Sales Manager do?
The Regional Sales Manager builds relationships with customer key decision makers. You would act as liaison and single point of contact with commercial and university customers. You would analyze customer business opportunities and threats; make recommendations and take responsibility for customer relations. There would be existing accounts to maintain/service and establish new accounts within the territory.
You would secure orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule by calling on existing and potential customers. As our Regional Sales Manager, you would develop and deliver technical sales presentations to customers by researching the customer's needs and industry trends. You would submit orders by working with quoting, engineering, and service. You would keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
The Regional Sales Manager monitors competition and gathering current marketplace information on product pricing, new products, delivery schedules merchandising techniques etc. You would assist engineering in the definition of new products to meet expanding customer requirements. You would recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
To keep focus on our customers, you would resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. You would assist sales management with product planning, sales forecasting and sales marketing.
