PeopleSoft HCM TEST Consultant

Candidates must be local and willing to travel to the NY Office 2-3 days a week.

**Position Requirements:**

- Proficiency with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management suite
- Experience with SQL and Oracle SQL database systems
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Service module for CRM and SailPoint for identity governance
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools including Selenium, TestNG, and SeeTest
- Competence in programming with Java
- Understanding of Wi-Fi standards and certification processes
- Expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools
- Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and project management
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full testing process, including test case design and execution
- Leadership skills to guide and support a team
- A track record of driving innovations in testing methodology and process improvement

**Core Competencies:**

- Cross-functional software proficiency (PeopleSoft HCM, SQL platforms, Salesforce, SailPoint)
- Mastering of test automation software (Selenium, TestNG, SeeTed)
- Proficiency in a programming language (Java)
- Specialized certifications (Wi-Fi)
