Bittersweet Confections is Hiring a Dishwasher Near Orleans, LA
Bittersweet Confections in New Orleans, LA is looking for one dishwasher to join our strong team. We are located on 725 Magazine St, in the Warehouse District. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:30am - 3pm.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Mop floors, take out trash, break down boxes
- May be asked to bus tables when busy
- Assist Chef with some light prep, so knife skills are a plus
- Assist Chef with other duties as needed
- Assist Chef with putting away supplies and keeping the walk in and storage room organized and tidy
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a dishwasher
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
