Company: BizLink International Corp.

Location: Greater China-Taiwan-Tainan

Responsibilities:

• Perform management and maintenance operations on company property, fixed assets, office equipment, etc.
• Control the application, negotiation and deployment management of office equipment and daily supplies.
• Formulate annual/quarterly general affairs target plan.
• Regularly maintain the company's important equipment such as water, electricity, fire protection, etc. and perform relevant emergency response training operations.
• Manage various general maintenance contracts such as signing maintenance and repair contracts and signing purchase contracts.
• Daily work and tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Guide general affairs work and cultivate subordinates’ general affairs-related skills.
• Manage official vehicle maintenance work.
• Responsible for the rental of company dormitories.
• Office equipment and environmental affairs planning and management
• Handle factory emergencies and assist in other miscellaneous factory operations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in general administration is preferred
• Enthusiastic service, lively and proactive, careful and cooperative
