Location: Europe - Germany - Roth

Responsibilities:

• First and second level support for solving hardware and software problems
• On-site service: setting up workstations, commissioning and maintenance
• Collaboration with external partners and the central IT departments
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, inventory lists and instructions
• Training and instructing users in the hardware and software technologies used
• Support with site-related IT projects

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed IT vocational training with initial professional experience in IT service
• Good knowledge of current standard applications and hardware
• Ability for structured error analysis and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies
• Team spirit with commitment and willingness to help
• Committed and responsible behavior
• Strong service orientation and friendly demeanor on site, on the phone and by e-mail
