We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to manage client communications and provide high quality customer service for our clients.
As an Inbound Customer Representative, you will communicate with our customers via email and inbound or outbound calls including sales inquiries, providing order updates, and client customer service.
Responsibilities : Manage a high volume of inbound / outbound phone and email contacts from both current and prospective customers who are calling to receive quotes.
Understand customer’s needs for sales inquiries and direct them to the relevant sales department. Communicate within various departments on client communication and needs.
Provide updates and delivery status on invoices. Handle customer problems by creating a case and directing to the relevant department.
Ability to handle accounting tasks such as updating payment information or closing invoices. Manage dispatch scheduling matters such as updates, pick ups and dispatch schedule changes.
must be passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the customer experience. Ability to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and create win-win situations with internal and external customers.
