Qualifications and Requirements

Project Manager role will be a highly experienced professional with a robust background in solution architecture design and IT, encompassing all phases of the software development life cycle from analysis, design, and development to implementation, testing, user support, and project management.

A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Electronics, Software Sciences, or a related field.

Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the aforementioned fields if a degree is not held.

Demonstrated experience in solution architecture design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Proven proficiency in managing all phases of the software development life cycle, including:

Analysis: Conducting detailed needs assessments and feasibility studies.

Design: Creating comprehensive design specifications and system architecture.

Development: Overseeing the coding, integration, and configuration of software solutions.

Implementation: Managing deployment strategies and ensuring successful rollouts.

Testing: Leading quality assurance processes to ensure software reliability and performance.

User Support: Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Familiarity with current technologies and tools in software development, including coding languages, development frameworks, and database management systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A track record of successful project delivery in complex and dynamic environments.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
