REQUIRED SKILLS

·Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10,Server 16 and newer) experience

·Active Directory - creating, modifying, andtroubleshooting group policies, user account management and general DirectoryService support

·VMWare vSphere support (EXi 6.0 or newer)

·Strong general application support experience.

·Strong in remote support and troubleshooting

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Support recertification process of ISO 27001,maintaining all implemented Top 20 CIS Critical Security Controls, support allcybersecurity regulatory requirements and assist with maintaining all cybercontrols on network assets.

·This job position will support the organizationsefforts to implement hardware, software, and network solutions to achieve thesegoals.Lead or support the effort toimplement advanced cybersecurity controls and monitoring.Lead or support the evaluation of userrequests or design specifications for new or modified application functionalityand estimate efforts required. Analyse, design, code, test, document, implementand maintain application changes.

·Provide expert technical expertise in managingapplications in a Windows Active Directory Domain with Standard hardware orVMware virtual hardware.Maintainsystems and the hosted services through continued monitoring, coordination ofdata backup, system troubleshooting and proactive security measures.Manage complex technologies and services intoa heterogeneous environment including those outside the content managementsystem, such as infrastructure, directories, web servers, and third-partyapplications.Resolve unique, highlycomplex, escalated issues/problems with broad knowledge.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills;capable of writing purchase justifications, making presentations to an internalaudience, and interacting positively with peers and upper management.Project management skills, including theability to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets, and to determinespecifications, schedules, and deliverables.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Strong oral and written communication skills,including presentations, training, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddecision-making skills.Ability toprioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
