Responsibilities
Fulfill therole of a Product Owner within a ScaledAgile Framework on all sizes of initiatives.
Lead andfacilitate the work of Agile teams (including ceremonies) by working withstakeholders to clarify epic delivery objectives and ensure the cross-functionalAgile team members can accomplish these objectives.
CreateProgram Increment, Sprint, and Release plans; ensure that plans receive anappropriate review, authorization, and visibility through Agile ceremonies andstakeholder communication.
Ownership andstrong stewardship of agile team(s) backlog, story definitions, and refinement;including rank order across competing priorities (roadmap, maintenance, anddefects, etc…)
Assist teamsin evaluating and establishing their capacity to inform project plans.
Trackproject/team interdependencies and coordinate efforts across disparate teamswith other Product Owners or stakeholders. Managing expectations andcoordinating deliverables across teams is key in this role.
Track andforecast project progress, activity, and effort; communicate effectivelythrough multiple channels to sponsors and key stakeholders.
Continuousand early assessment of project risk factors and recommendation of courses ofaction to mitigate risk.
Perform otherduties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the organization.
