We are seeking a motivated QA Analyst who will be performingQuality Assurance Testing activities to ensure software quality and dataintegrity in our in-house as well as third-party applications.

Daily Responsibilities

· StaticTesting of requirement documents such as BRD, FSD and Data Mapping Document forcompleteness, consistency and testability;

· Identifyingthe Testing Scope and designing Functional (GUI), Non-functional (SQL, ETL) andRoles/Permissions Security test cases;

· Independentlypreparing the QA Test Environment, including but not limited to activities suchas database restore/backup and deployment of application builds such asexecutable files, database objects and configurations files;

· DynamicTesting by executing the Test Cases, Retesting and Regression Testing;

· Creatingeffective Bug Reports, communicating and ensuring bugs get fixed in a timelymanner;

· EnsuringRequirement Coverage by creating linkages between test cases and requirements;

· Documentingand maintaining QA artifacts such as Test Cases, Test Queries, Test Data andTest Evidence.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Abilityto convert Business and Functional Requirements into TestScenarios and Test Cases;

· Abilityto convert Roles/Permissions Matrix and Business ProcessWorkflows into Test Cases;

· Abilityto convert Data Mapping Document into SQL Queries tovalidate data transformations from source to target during ETL (ExtractTransform Load) process;

· Experiencein both sequential (Waterfall) and iterative (Agile) project managementmethodologies;

· Workingknowledge in ALM/QC Team Collaboration Tool;

· Strongknowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles (SDLC, STLC);

· Experiencedin SQL Server Management Studio;

· ExcellentAnalytical and Communication skills;

· Minimum3 years of experience performing both functional and non-functional testingtasks;

· Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
