Internationalmutual fund seeks Equity Research Analyst (VP level) to cover general sectorsin the US and Europe.The team focuseson high quality growth stocks in long-term, fundamental value-orientedinvestment.The position is located inNew York City as a part of the global team located in different time zones.

Responsibilities:

Conductbottom-up research of equities on assigned industries

Develop andpresent new investment ideas

Monitor currentinvestments to enhance risk adjusted returns for the portfolio.

Monitor thelatest news on the underlining stocks in the portfolio and evaluate the impactson the stocks.

Build andmaintain complete company models, create income statement, balance sheet andcash flow forecasts and perform valuation analysis.

Conduct on-sitecompany visits and conference calls and meet the company managementsfrequently.

Maintain goodand frequent communication with the portfolio managers on industries and stocksin their portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’sdegree with a strong academic track record, MBA, CFA a Plus.

3-7 Years ofexperience in Equity investment research, financial modeling and analysis incross cultural, international work environment

Excellentanalytical skills

Strong workethics

Strong verbaland written communication skills

Proficiency inExcel and Bloomberg

Strong teamorientation

IT (Software,Internet Services)/ Consumer Staple sector analyst experience is preferable, butnot must

Workingknowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation

Ability tomulti-task and work with numerous teams
