This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : Office Management : Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and ensuring a clean and professional workspace.
Scheduling & Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, including booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary logistics.
Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Travel Arrangements : Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for team members.
Meeting Support : Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; ensure follow-up on action items.
Project Assistance : Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data collection, and reporting.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
