Job duties and responsibilities include:
•Managing incoming calls, emails and texts from customers.
•Scheduling Appointments for Service or Sales Departments.
•Listen/Read and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
•Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
•Work in close partnership with Sales and Service Management Teams and Customer Care Center Manager.
•Meet specified monthly targets and goals with Quality, Utilization and Volume.
•Prior Contact Center and Customer Service required (1 to 2 years, preferred)
•Self-Starter, motivated and success driven Team Player.
•Accurate completion of documentation inside CRM Software.
•Some College or after High School Education preferred.
•Strong communication skills.
•Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
