• $Up to a $2300 Sign on Bonus
• Shift information: 8 am – 5 pm but with the possibility of some after hour appointments as needed based on client demand
• Types of clients: Therapist will work with both Adults and Youth (more Youth than Adults but a client mix of both).
• Team dynamic: The Therapy department is currently made up of 25 Therapists, a Therapy Supervisor, a Scheduler, and a Therapy Manager
• Location: We have 1 position at 3 different facilities – North County, South County and St. Louis City
• Hybrid Work Schedule: 2 days remote telehealth and 3 days in the Facility
• Ideal Skill Set: Preference would be to have Therapy experience and trained in an evidence-based practice like CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, etc.
• MUST HAVE skills for this position: Compassion for working with both Youth and Adults to help them better their life, flexible, able to document timely, ability to adapt to change, willing to work in a team setting
• Job responsibilities: This position will provide Therapy to both Adult and Youth. The severity of issues clients will have, will vary in type and acuity
• Example of a typical Day: The day will start with an 8:15 AM team huddle. Therapists are asked to schedule 6 sessions per day in order to meet the requirements. Sessions can be groups or individuals.
• Must be Fully or Provisionally licensed in MO. (LPC or LCSW) only
