As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right wireless products and services to meet their needs. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of technical sales.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and basic technical support
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with inventory
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with wireless technology and devices
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
