Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is a commission only position and a 1099 contract position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic plans to secure Staffing contracts. The ideal candidate will also have a staffing book of business.
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
- Manage and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities
- Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of business development strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
