POSITION SUMMARY: As an Application Analyst you will work alongside users and assist them with the optimum use of the D365 family of application. You will also serve as the first line of support for application related issues. This role is critical to both business efficiency and application adoption. In this role, you will serve as both an ambassador and a technical specialist. As an ambassador, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with the users you are supporting so that you develop deep knowledge of their business processes and challenges. As a technical specialist, you will diligently work to improve your knowledge of the capabilities and operation of the applications assigned to you. Independent learning and adaptability are key to this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn business process in assigned area.
• Develop deep knowledge of the assigned software.
• Respond to support requests.
• Gather requirements.
• Create documentation.
• Communicate business needs to IT Support and Development teams.
• Assist with testing.
• Assist with training.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain - preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of management
• Ability to represent the business to IT
• Ability to represent IT to the business
• Ability to work with or lead collaborative cross functional team
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of related experience
