JobResponsibilities :

• Assist clients with selecting purchasing and managingpersonal insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage andprotection at a fullservice insurance company
• Manage a portfolio ofpersonal lines insurance accounts including homeowners auto rentersand umbrella policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service byresponding promptly to client inquiries and processing policychanges.
• Review client accounts at renewal time and proactivelyremarket accounts to find the best coverage options andpricing.
• Work with underwriters and insurance carriers tonegotiate policy terms and conditions.
• Educate clients oninsurance coverage options and assist in selecting appropriateproducts based on their needs.
• Handle claims reporting and follow up on theresolution process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate anduptodate client records in the agency managementsystem.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatorychanges to provide clients with uptodate information andadvice.

JobQualifications :

• Active state insurance license (MA state) in personallines or ability to obtain one within a specifiedtimeframe
• 3 years of experience in personal linesinsurance
• Highschool or equivalent
