Job Description / Qualifications:

• Shifts : New employees can expect to begin on 2nd or 3rd shift. (2nd shift: 2PM - 10PM; 3rd shift: 10PM - 6AM)

• Electricians with Journeyman’s card, or 7 years of direct electrician experience.

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment – NOT facilities maintenance.

• Must have experience in manufacturing environment, working on CNC machine.

• Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.

• Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) AAM Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.

• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred. Please note, if candidates were

• Experience with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity. (Please provide examples of troubleshooting)

• Experience with (but not limited to) 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.

• Experience troubleshooting, inclusive of troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc. (Please provide examples)
