Responsibilities
Our team has an in depth coaching and training program that can help experienced agents reach new levels and new agents kickstart their career to get into production faster. With the ability to leverage through the team, use our CMA and Technology platform. Working side-by-side you have a group of like minded people who are serious about building a big career and are supportive and there for each other. Leverage through our teams models and systems and grow into our Opportunity Model.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch.
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Conduct two open houses monthly.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Team player!
- Licensed real estate professional.
- 1-3 years’ of real estate sales experience preferred (license required to join the team, but not to apply!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded.
- Organized and prepared.
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills.
