Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sell pull tabs while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Wait on tables in an efficient manner while engaging with guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience in bartending or related roles within nightclubs, fine dining establishments, or catering services is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to manage inventory effectively.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
