**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling and providing excellent customer service. Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty!

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to current & potential customers to promote products or services

- Negotiate sales and address customer concerns

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems

- Ability to meet sales targets

- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

- Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
