We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects. This role involves managing processes, supervising teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting quality standards. Training employees and maintaining high safety standards are imperative. • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for landscape projects. Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise production teams, including field crews and subcontractors. Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment. Hire, fire, and hold team members accountable. Collaborate with the White Pearl Management Production Manager to develop a culture of learning and accountability consistent across both teams.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards for all landscape installations. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and client expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, in the yard, and while driving between sites. Implement safety training programs and conduct regular safety audits on job sites, equipment, and trucks.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in landscape construction management, masonry, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
