Are you a self-motivated, goal-driven professional with a knack for sales and a passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth goals? If so, Black Propeller has an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage inbound leads, initiate outbound communications, and support our sales operations. This role is not just a job; it's a launchpad for your career in sales and digital marketing and will be critical to our success. Adaptability and the ability to quickly embrace change are key to thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Qualify leads through research and initial outreach to understand their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
2. Outbound Communication
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
3. Sales Operations Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales and Agency leadership to align on lead generation strategies and feedback.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the digital marketing industry, is a plus.
