What You'll Do
- Maintain focus on our mission and purpose, ensuring success for the company, store, and individuals.
- Deliver high-quality beverages, retail items, and food products, adhering to all health, safety, and recipe standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully operational, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of both customers and the store based on cues and environment.
- Communicate productively with team members and management, assist with training new team members, and contribute to a positive team environment and culture.
- Act with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment, embodying the culture and mission of Black Rifle Coffee Company.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and health and safety regulations.
- Celebrate team and individual achievements, reinforcing store morale and our culture.
- Always maintain a calm demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or server is desirable
- Willingness to learn new and innovative coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
