BCBA/LBA

Seeking a skilled and passionate BCBA willing to be part of our great team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure all families have a high-quality clinical experience that focuses on patient outcomes using proven evidence-based ABA treatment.
Full time/ Part time/ Per diem positions available
Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• Develop treatment plans and programs
• Supervise ABA services by BTs/RBTs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications :

• BCBA credentials
• LBA credential (or eligible) in New York State
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job including frequent sitting on the floor, getting up from the floor, running with children, etc
