Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling A/R, A/P and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Categorize and track expenses
- Create and check financial statements for accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and perform account analysis on assets and liability accounts
- Handle bank and petty cash entry and reconciliation
- Manage credit card statements entry and reconciliation
- Handle Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Run custom reports that provide business analysis. These reports include account balances, profit and loss figures, etc., and for specific projects
- Knowledge of computer-based spreadsheets and reporting
- Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks Should have strong organization and be detail oriented
- Should have a good understanding of accounting software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be passionate and self-driven
