Looking for an energetic orthodontic front desk coordinator with a great personality and amazing communication skills to join our fantastic team. We are a high volume state of the art orthodontic practice with a tremendous focus on customer service.
Duties Include But Not Limited To

• Answering phone calls, scheduling new patients/reschedule patient appointments
• Insurance verification
• Respond to referring doctors/staff requests
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining patient records
• Maintain front office supply inventory
• Staff meetings/luncheons setup
• Maintain reception area. Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
• Sort/forward/respond where appropriate to inter and intra office emails and faxes
