Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
- Responsible for promoting culture of safety
- Helps to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission.
- Supports management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Determines long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
- Develops program budgets .
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions.
- Drives initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long term operational excellence.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient with applicable computer systems and software
- Solid understanding of financial management.
- Direct supervisory responsibility including promotions, transfers, pay decisions and disciplinary action.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of fastener industry beneficial

- Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
- Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _50_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
