Blackhawk Montessori is Hiring a Music Teacher Near Danville, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive music curriculum for students ages 2 - 6 year old, fostering a love for music, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Duties:

- Develop and implement a dynamic music curriculum for 2 - 6 year old students that aligns with educational standards and caters to the needs of the students.
- Teach students various aspects of music
- Plan and conduct engaging music lessons that inspire creativity and musical expression.
- Organize and oversee musical performances and recitals.

Qualifications:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license in Music Education.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with preschool or early childhood education settings is a plus.
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their musical talents.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
