- 5 years of mechanical experience or equivalent training
- 3 plus years as a lead or Supervisor in a Maintenance department
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.
- Ability to troubleshooting equipment problems
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and carry out the proper repairs.
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, industrial refrigeration, the baking process, sanitation and quality control
- Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Skill at Troubleshooting PLC systems is preferred
