Senior Food Quality Compliance Manager

Required Skills:
- BS degree in Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, any Biological
- Sciences or related area from an accredited college or university
- 5 plus years of relevant work experience with formulated products or related field.
- Food Safety Plans/Quality programs, GMP’s and Food Safety regulations
- FSMA/FDA Regulations
- CIP sanitation programs
- Food safety and Quality audit concepts and techniques
- Food processing concepts and techniques
- Product recovery systems
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates FSQR programs standardization initiatives and improvement projects for all locations
- Conducts food safety and quality audits, including sanitation audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and company policies requirements
- Supports the implementation of new or updated Divisional and Corporate level Food Safety and Quality policies and programs.
- Updates existing Food Safety & Quality policies, procedures and documentation to keep up with changing customer or regulatory requirements
- Collaborates with Plant Quality Systems Managers to continually improve existing Food Safety & Quality programs.
