**What team will you be on?**

This role will be on our Employer Brand team which leads BlackRocks recruitment marketing and HR communications.

We are looking for an HR Communications Manager to help deliver on our mission by engaging our employees.

**What will you be doing?**

Help shape the HR Communications function by sharing your perspective, prior experience, and ideas for how we can best support HR and BlackRocks ~19,000 employees

Partner with teams across HR to understand their communications objectives, to develop communications plans, and to create content that achieves their objectives and reinforces HRs key messages

Help subject matter experts translate complex information into easy-to-understand, actionable and compelling content that resonates with employees

Develop and edit content for a mix of internal communications channels (i.e., leadership memos, emails, videos, articles, newsletters, social media posts, infographics and events)

Help with annual communications planning and ongoing communications tracking

Work on long-term projects to improve the HR communications function like developing a channel strategy, mapping the employee journey, establishing HR's tone of voice and more

**Who are we looking for?**

5 years of experience in an HR communications or another internal communications role

Ability to provide high-level strategic thinking and to distill that strategy into written communications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

A proven track record of developing compelling internal communications and a passion for doing so

Ability to build relationships with colleagues and executives around the world

Extreme attention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the same high standards

An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadline

**Our hybrid work model**

BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
