Daily operations

• Knock doors to schedule appointments in storm zones and run appointments pre set by others.
• Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage.
• Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings.
• Assist Homeowners through the insurance process.
• Sales process: Close the Homeowner after assessing damages (file claims / Contingency agreements)
• Meet insurance adjusters to assess damages found.
• Generate new business by door knocking.
• Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/claims filed/contracts signed.
• Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline.
• Maintain constant communication with Office and Homeowners.
• Manage Jobsite during build day.
• Use SalesForce CRM to manage jobs.
• Pickup and return materials if needed.
• Collect checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $52,689.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
