Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Experience with Paycom is a plus.

- **Payroll Processing:** Accurately process payroll for all employees, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- **Record Maintenance:** Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Compliance:** Ensure payroll practices comply with federal, state, and local laws, including tax filings and garnishments.
- **Software Utilization:** Use payroll software to process payroll, with experience in Paycom being a plus.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely manner.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- **Skills:**
- Familiarity with payroll software; Paycom experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
