Our HR team is looking for a new HR Associate. We are looking for a team player and someone that is approachable and creative in their HR role.
Essential Functions:
•Recruits for warehouse positions, including posting the position, reviewing resumes, phone screening applicants, setting up interviews, participating in interviews and sending offer letters.
•Processes background checks and employment verifications.
•Onboards and supports new employees.
•Help standardize and improve HR processes and policies.
•Supports the Swing Shift Team.
•Assesses job descriptions for accuracy.
•Updates and audits electronic employee files to ensure compliance.
•Answers general HR-related inquiries and responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
•Assists HR Manager with administrative tasks.
•Helps HR team with HR led initiatives.
•Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications needed:
•BS degree in Human Resources or BS degree with 1 year HR experience, preferred
•Must be organized and personable
•Must be able to keep information confidential
•Needs to be motivated to continue learning
•Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience a plus
•Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS positions preferred
